Players in Toronto are placed into one of five categories based on their experience and skill level.  If a player is unsatisfied with their rank, they can submit an appeal which will be reviewed by the Players’ Council, consisting of five respected players in our community, who will make the final decision on the player’s rank.  The five ranks are as follows:
