League Games

League Games are designed to teach you to defend, pass, and shoot.  All games go to eight goals.  All games will follow the ITSF Official Rules, unless otherwise posted in the League Rules.

Learn to Score

Forward Shootout

Just like a hockey or soccer shootout, players take turns shooting on goal and defending in a series of shots to determine a winner.

LEarn to block

Goalie Wars

Use rod locks to hold the middle four rods up.  Each player uses only the rods in the goalie position to shoot at each other.

Learn to Pass

Five-Bar Wars

Players stand in the forward position, and take turns trying to make a pass from the five-bar to their three-bar.

LEarn to Fight

Singles

Play head to head in a traditional singles match, following the ITSF Rules.  You’ve learned to shoot, defend, and pass, so it’s time to put it all together in this race to eight goals.

LEarn teamwork

Doubles

Play in teams of two that are pre-determined based on the Scorecard.  Each player will get to play two out of the three doubles games.  These are great opportunities to learn from top players, and teach newer players, which helps everyone improve.
